Registration Policy : Registration, Payment, Cancellation, and Refunds
(1) Registrations will be accepted up to three business days before the course begins.
(2) “Last minute” registrations may only be accepted if approved by the instructor.
(3) All registrants are required to make full payment of tuition fees at the time of registration.
(4) Tuition fees include the instruction fee, course material, lunch, morning and afternoon refreshments, coffee, tea, and soft drinks.
(5) Registration is available on our website: igc-ok.com
(6) Tuitions fees can be paid with a credit card, wire transfer, cashier’s check or bank draft drawn on a major U.S.A. bank, and Purchase Order Number from major oil companies based in U.S.A.
(a) Payment through wire transfer must be made minimum of three business days prior to the start date of the course.
(b) Payment through cashier’s check or bank draft drawn on a major U.S.A. bank must be received at least two weeks prior to the start date of the course.
(c) A scanned copy of the purchase order must be emailed to GRTI@igc-ok.com or
faxed to 918-492-0850 minimum of two weeks before the beginning of the course. After receiving the purchase order, the client will be emailed an invoice for the amount on the purchase order, and the client must pay the full amount within five days of the date of the invoice.
(7) Registrants will receive confirmation of their registration and payment.
(8) A registering company may substitute any individual until the start of the course by providing the name, email, and address of the new participant without any charge. No substitutions will be allowed after the start of the course.
(9) There is no charge, if a participant or the registering company cancels the registration four weeks before the start of the course. For a cancellation less than four weeks before the course start date, the tuition fees are non-refundable. The cancellation must be in writing through email or fax.
(10) Final decision to hold a course will be made one to two weeks prior to the start date of the course. IGC and GRTI reserve the right to hold or cancel a course at any time. If a course is cancelled, the registrants shall be offered full refund or apply the funds towards other courses offered by IGC (GRTI) at this location.
(11) Registrants must review and consider our cancellation policy before making hotel and airline reservations. IGC and GRTI shall not be responsible any loss of funds due to change or cancellation of travel and hotel accommodations, or other plans.
(12) All public courses will be offered at the office of International Geophysical Company, Inc. (GRTI), Tulsa Oklahoma, USA. Hotel links are provided on our website, and registrants may request assistance in locating hotel rooms close to the course venue.
